Consumer Location / Skip Tracing
Debt can only be collected if we know where the consumer is located. Our staff has access to the most comprehensive resources available to our industry. Information obtained is then analyzed and verified to assist in the recovery process.

Estate Claims Filed
Upon confirmation of a consumer’s death, our staff will verify the existence of an open estate and when appropriate, file a claim against the estate within the allotted time period.
Credit Reporting
The credit reporting agencies maintain records of financial payment histories, some public records data, and personal identification. The collection of information is used by creditors to determine the applicant’s credit worthiness. You may choose to report or may choose not to report your accounts to the credit bureau.
Bankruptcy Proof of Claims Filed
A proof of claim is a statement filed by the creditor and describes the reason a consumer owes the creditor money. When appropriate, an electronic proof of claim is filed by our staff once the bankruptcy has been verified. Allowing our staff to assist you with this obligation will prevent you from being left out of any distribution of funds.
Account Forwarding
When a consumer moves to a location in which Allied Collection Service, Inc. is not licensed, their account is reviewed for forwarding. Accounts that are deemed appropriate are forwarded to an agency located in the consumer’s state of residence. All forwarding agencies utilized are licensed and members in good standing with ACA International.
